Disable OpenElec volume regulation (always output maximal level) - LennyX - 11-25-2012

In my home cinema setup, system volume is either regulated by the TV- or AVR-volume. I therefore always keep OEs volume setting at the maximum.

However, stuff like XBMC web front ends, android apps etc. always prominently offer the user te possibility to adjust the XBMC volume - which causes the volume settings to be out of sync as soon as somebody in the house uses e.g. the official android app and plays around with this setting.

Is there a possibility to permanently set OE's output volume to the maximum and disallow external programs to regulate it?
