Hi All, I'm a bit new to this but I have just got a Raspberry PI running open elec and I was wondering if I bought another Raspberry PI How can I copy the open elec SD Card using windows to make another SD card?

I believe Clonezilla or something similar would be the easiest way.

I have done something similar in the past using dd on the Raspberry Pi itself via ssh, writing the image to a mounted Windows share. Something like this.
mount -t cifs // /storage/files
dd if=/dev/mmcblk0 of=/storage/files/sd.img bs=4k
If you have a USB SD card reader you can connect to the RPi then you could try something like this to copy the SD card directly
dd if=/dev/mmcblk0 of=/dev/mmcblk1 bs=4k
