Can no longer access config.txt via putty - GatoRojo - 05-09-2015 I watched a tut on youtube on how to modify config.txt to power my usb powered hdd. The instructions was through Putty modify the config.txt file. It worked. Great! But after reinstalling openelec via berryboot, also adding raspbian and retripie, I can no longer get access to config.txt. The instructions was as follows: root openelec cd .. cd .. ls mount /flash -o remount,rw cd flash ls nano config.txt ... Now, when I write mount /flash -o remount,rw I get the error "can't find /flash in proc/mounts" Is it because openelec is no longer the sole OS on my rasp or is it something else? Bear in mind that I'm an absolute noob, so regarding linux I have no clue what I'm doing. I just do what I'm told... John Can no longer access config.txt via putty - gda - 05-09-2015 Your tutorial doesn't work for installation via berryboot. Gerald |
