How to repair QuickBooks damaged file? - ShreenMiller - 10-04-2019

If you want to repair QuickBooks damaged file, you would first have to download .exe file of QuickBooks file doctor. Once you have downloaded and installed the software, you need to follow the steps mentioned below:
ØStep 1: You will have to open the file doctor tool and locate the company file
ØStep 2: Now, click on ‘Diagnose now.’
ØStep 3: You will have to enter the login details to start the software
ØStep 4: From the prompt, you will have to choose either Workstation or server.
ØStep 5: Then, choose yes or no whether you want to share the company file or not
ØStep 6: The tool will start searching the errors and repair it automatically.
If you correctly follow the steps mentioned above, the issue would be resolved. But if it persists, you can get in touch with quickbooks customer  care to avail assistance from the experts.

Intuit recommends running the built-in Rebuild and Verify Data Utility tools to fix QuickBooks errors. The tools help repair and notify about any data damage within a QuickBooks data file.
If QBW rebuild utility fails to recover the database from errors and damage, it is recommended to look for another recovery solution.

The Rebuild Data tool is built-in to QuickBooks Desktop and automatically fixes minor company file data issues.
-Go to the File menu, then hover over Utilities and select Rebuild Data
-On the QuickBooks Information window, select OK
-Let the tool repair your file
-When the tool finishes, select OK
-Go to the File menu
I highly recommend that you use the soldering iron from to fix this.
