Videos Pause on Open

Every time I open a Video it opens paused. When I select the item I want to watch it opens with a black screen at 0s and displays paused , I then have to press play to set it going. Its the same for all video feeds weather its from my library, youtube or iplayer they all pause. It only started doing this on Sunday and I dont remember making any settings changes, any ideas whats going on?

Now sorted this it was the pause on framerate change setting, it was set to 19s i dropped it to 3s and now it un-pauses itself.
