No ouput sound via stereo - Xtreamer Ultra

Hi everybody,

I have something strange with my HTPCbox and OpenElec. Sound works fine when I navigate the menu ,I can ear it, but when I launch music or video file..... no sound at all !!!!
Here is my config:
Xtreamer Ultra
Openelec Ultra 1.0.2
XBMC Output audiio : Optique/Coax
XBMC output device plughw:1,7

I really need your help, the situation is so f*** frustrating.
