Hey Guys,
I just re-installed my HTPC with v1.95.1. I had a working v1.0.2 on it before.
With 'working' I mean that sound over HDMI was working, but now I get a "failed to initialize audio device" error.
My #aplay -l output is:
When I do "speaker-test -D plughw:2,3" I get:
So I guess the error makes sense. I tried to select the right device in XBMC audio settings (well I tried all of them) and custom settings 'hw:2,3' and 'plughw:2,3' but no luck...
Does anyone know how to tackle this?

When I do "speaker-test -D plughw:2,3" I get:
Code:
Playback device is plughw:2,3

So I guess the error makes sense. I tried to select the right device in XBMC audio settings (well I tried all of them) and custom settings 'hw:2,3' and 'plughw:2,3' but no luck...
