Strange lines

I made a fresh install of OpenELEC 2.0 (Beta 3) - 1.95.3 Fusion x86_64.
First the spash screen is showing and when XBMC should start I just got this lines.
    tv.jpg[/attachment]

I also tried the PVR version with same result.

Help me troubleshoot this problem.
Is it a graphic driver problem or xorg.conf problem and how should I go on now?

Ive seen a similar effect on my gaming pc , this was cured for me by updating driver.

I am running the same beta 3 fusion build you mention though without any issues on a Zotac zbox AD04.
