3D Playback

Hi Everybody

When I try and play 3D SBS movies I get a lot of artefacts flying around the screen. Looks like little stars/dashes moving across. I don't seem to notice it with 2D movies.

Just wondered if anybody else has had a similar problem. I have played 3D movies before with no artefacts, however something has changed. Must be a video setting somewhere I have wrong.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Silly question, but do the 3D movies the played OK before still play OK, or are they showing artifacts as well now?

I guess what I'm wondering is whether the problem is with Openelec or whether it is with the source media.

Hi,

Thank you for the reply. The 3D movies that used to play fine now contain the artifacts. I can't quite remember When it all changed. I think the artifacts only appear once I connect the 3DXL to xbmc, then even before I press the SBS button the artifacts are there. Sometimes it's worse than other times..

Are there any video settings that could cause this?
