OSS 3.0 Beta 6 (2.95.6): No Sound; Sound fine in OSS 3.0 Beta 5 (2.95.5)

Was: OSS 3.0 Beta 2 (2.95.2): No Sound; Sound fine in OSS 3.0 Beta 1 (2.95.1)

Sound worked in 2.95.1, broken in 2.95.2, fixed by 2.95.5, and is now broken again in 2.95.6.
