How to hide system folders from Files view?

When I go to Music-Files, Video-Files, etc it shows Storage and System and I don't want those listed. The context menu shows Remove safely, so it seems to treat them as USB drives and I'm not sure that's the right option or if they'll just come back when I reboot.

Yes....I dont like them either. I couldn't find a way to remove them in Home.xml

Anyone knows how they can be hidden?
