Sorry if this may be a bit outside the scope of OE and its add-ons, but I have 2.99.1 running on a Foxconn A3700. Fusion. I have a freeNAS installation on another box that I want to run as my storage backend.
While configuring the NFS shares, plugins jail, etc are more the realm of the freenas forums, I do have a question when it comes to transmission.
Since there is an add-on for transmission client, and since there is the ability to install it as a plugin in a freenas build, is there a way to get the 2 boxes to communicate with each other?
For instance, I have the OE instance running on a USB thumb drive, and thus have to no real storage locally on the A3700. I would like for my wife to be able to add torrents with the remote control, and have them download directly to the NFS share, where they would be accessible to XBMC. What is a recommended way to configure?
