Cinergy HTC Stick HD rev2 wont work ?

First of all: sorry for my bad english, but I'll do my best

Today I installed Openelec 3.0.6 (Fusion Build) on my zotac ad12 machine, comes up and everthing seems to be fine.
Then I wanted to configure live TV and my Terratec Cinergy HTC Stick HD (rev2 - DVB-C and also DVB-T support)

So installed tvheadend through openelec, reboot and tvheadend web interface was shown. But in configuration -> TV cards tree I didnt see my USB tuner.
Then I checked LSUSB -> stick was available here
checked then "dmesg | grep dvb" and also "dmesg | grep em28xx" but nothing was found here
Then I tried to switch from usb2.0 to usb3.0 and backwards -> dmesg recognized all disconnects and connects, but again i cant see anything about "dvb" or "em28xx" in dmesg

Whats wrong here ? I thought after Linux Kernel 3.x (and Openelec 3.0.x) the DVB-USB device would be supported?

Can anybody help me out, to get this device working ?

I think it has Silicon Labs tuner which is badly supported.

bad news for you: It sounds hard, but I want say the truth directly to you
Throw it away, there will be no support on this DVB Device on linux :/

Like @ultraman said the rev2 of this hardware using silicon labs chipset and wont be support, cause bad driver policy of silicon (as always).
Only rev.1 (other chipset) will work: Linux Hardware Guide

Also of linuxtv.org with newest dvb_firmware drivers wont support the rev.2 device.

So my advice if u want linux support: Throw it away and buy another one
As I know Sundteck and TBS DVB Devices will have really nice linux support. But be aware (if u want use openelec) TBS and Sundteck Devices only works with seperated drivers of these vendors, it will not natively supported by newest linux kernel (as i know).
for example: for TBS drives (on openelec 3.2.4) u will needed a special installation image of openelec. I dont know if openelec 4.x have native TBS support out of the box.
But ultraman can tell you more about TBS and openelec as i can

And also one more advice to you: PLEASE! use tvheadend as TV Server. tvheadend is really nice to configurate. Just install through APT, after that u can configurate your TV card easily thru tvheadend web interface
Also openelec has support for tvheadend and install packages out of the box.

in one word: u need a new DVB device for linux support Sorry
