If I'm using OpenELEC on my systems (either ASRock ION330HT or Raspberry Pi) have the problem, that for some formats (e.g. 44.1 kHz, 16 bit stereo, pcm) the sound is hearable via both the AVR and TV. And what it makes even more annoying is that there's a time lag between outputs.

First I thought this may be a (passthrough) issue of the Teac AVR, but as this problem does not exist with XBMCbuntu running on the ASRock, I think it's more related to OpenELEC?
