Fixed entering and enabling only One core instead of two. I don' t know why, but it works. No more sudden shut down on video and music playback .

Hello, I had the same issue, random crashes only when playing video. (and more frequently with high bitrate video) I had an improvement when turning off video playback acceleration, but still some crashes especially on SD video Enabling only one core (and turning back on video acceleration) solved the problem But now the pc run only with one core :angry: I think there is an issue with the bios

I guess I'm fortunate not running into those BIOS problems. Have you tried running some of the latest development builds of OpenELEC?

I have not tested deb build, however I tested openelec 6.0 &5.06 to 5.09, no différence at all
