xbmc.disabled not working

if you run:
# touch /var/lock/xbmc.disabled
# killall -SIGHUP xbmc.bin
(or killall -9 xbmc.bin)

XBMC still restarts ...
This is on the build: 20140221232826-r17780-ge46e3ad

use the following instead

systemctl stop xbmc

then to start it again

Hi, that worked, but I cannot umount /storage ...
I was just trying to resize the /storage partition to make it bigger.

lsof +D /storage
has these 3 lines ..

/usr/lib/systemd/systemd-journald /storage/log/journal/a50ea2ae21e52a41d1beee1951e416cb/system.journal
/usr/sbin/connmand /storage/.cache/connman/wifi_402cf4ae23fa_776c616e2d6170_managed_psk/data
/usr/bin/samba_multicall /storage/log/log.smbd


I guess it is not possible to resize /storage on the device itself, the sdcard needs to be transferred out first?

You can use the built in method (no promises though, create a backup if you have important things)

via ssh run the command

touch /storage/.please_resize_me

then reboot the system

This works great!. It needs to make it to the mainstream. Old method does not work with OpenELEC 4. Thanks,
