You are in the wrong section. It is not a Video Decoder problem and it seems you are using a Raspberry PI, you should have told this.
IMHO it is simply SD card corruption. This is very common on this device. You will find in this forum some threads about using an USB stick with the Raspberry PI to prevent this.
