Searching for Openelec Hardware

Hello

Maybe someone of you has a recommendation for me.

I'm searching an openelec compatible Hardware with the following specs:

- Included DVD Drive
- VGA / S-VIDEO / SCART Output because i need to connect it to an old CRT TV
- HDMI Output for future use
- included infra red sensor, would be nice if i could power on the pc with a remote control
- sata connectors for using an ssd
- "low" power consumption

Currently i'm using RPi with is working fine but a bit too slow, but by now i couldn't find another hardware which i could plug into my TV.

Any ideas?
