Hi,

since I've updated to the latest version 4.2, whenever I turn off my tv, it seemd openelec is turned off as well because when I turn the tv on I see the gotham splash screen.

Is there a way to avoid this?

Settings --> System --> input devices --> peripherals

Disable any options here you dont' want.

What does the log tell you about if/why openelc is switching off?

uptime will tell you how long the system has been running.

Perhaps CEC is doing this?

hmmm, I disabled the option "Put display to sleep when idle" in the power saving settings and now it doesn't go to sleep!

It seems to not affect the sound in any significant way, and is very short lived but observable, just like the frame freezes for (less than) a second, as far as I can tell the audio stays in sync so it isn't like a long stutter that screws the whole thing up.
