Remote transmission connection refused

Hi

I've installed transmission 4.1.5 (transmission-2.84) in openelec and remote transmission in a Windows PC.
Parameters on the raspberry trasmission are on user default settings
I've opened 9091 port (Tcp/udp) in router but I think not neccesary but is already open.
I'm using openelec 4.2.1 diskimage for raspberry pi

It's impossible connect to raspberry from Windows-pc or Smartphone-Android using remote transmission gui...... Always same error..... Connection refused.

Tipping raspberry-IP:9091 in web browser from Windows-pc/android decide, always same problem.... Web unaccessible

Where is the problem?

Can you ping the pi from the windows machine?

Can you telnet to the pi on port 9091 from the windows machine?

On the pi machine, does netstat -tanp show transmission listening on port 9091?

3. you will need to ssh in http://wiki.openelec.tv/index.php/OpenEL...use_SSH.3F

then run

Code:

netstat -tanp|paste

and report back the url you are given by the paste command.

I've found the problem!
It was I added unofficial repo from. zip instead of menu way. It seems in openelec 4.2.1 doesnt work adding that repo since a zip file.
