Audo vs SickPotatoHead

Hi all!
I'm a noob with this repository
First of all, i've installed "SickPotatoHead", then i configure Sickrage (by port 8082) with 4 tv shows
Couchpotato & Headphones are not configured yet

Now i see that there is "Audo"
My question is: Is Audo the same as "SickPotatoHead"? or is it a different addon?
in case it's the same, which is the best? Audo?

Then, if i want to change from "SickPotatoHead" to "Audo", Do i need to uninstall first "SickPotatoHead" and then install "Audo" and configure it?

Use Audo if you have access to Usenet. Use SickPotatoHead if you only have access to torrents. If you don't know what usenet is by now, you probably just want to stick with SickPotatoHead. They should not both be installed at once.

I wish to read and use about Usenet, i heard it's a better option!!
For now, i continue with SickPotatoHead

When i learn on Usenet, i'll try it!!
