ATV (mk1) More storage space for Kodi

Hi I installed OpenELEC-ATV.i386-5.95.5-hdd.img.gz so that my ATV (mk1) boots from my USB. It works great. But with a 32GB USB I notice that I have very little storage space within the Kodi program. Is there a way to increase the storage space. I would think with a 32GB USB Flash that I would have lots of storage. I used the USB Image Tool (windows) to install the image on my USB drive.

^^ run that and share the URL here. Unless something went very wrong during install it should be using the entire space on the USB.

I reformatted a new Lexor 3.0 32GB USB in Fat32 in Windows then I used the USB Image Tool. Then I did a restore using OpenELEC-ATV.i386-5.95.5-hdd.img.gz this installed fine to USB and not my ATV boots to Kodi but when I look at storage space in Kodi it is less than a 1GB
