wireless dont work

I've installed OpenELEC on my laptop (samsung n150 notebook).
when I run KODI there aren't any wireless connections available.
When I connect my laptop with cable I can see the network and can connect to the internet.
What can be the problem?

By the way- the reason I did it is because this laptop barely run win7-starter,
it is very slow and I cant watch big size videos.

Your laptop is getting old already. OE cannot keep up with supporting every chipset out there.

Putting in a simple SSD instead of the HDD will speed things up, but .. for that price of the SSD you could also get a Raspberry Pi 2 package which has the full support of OpenELEC and plays just about every video. You'll need a TV of course for the video display.

Alternatively: just use the network cable. No extra costs, works all the time.
