Where (url) I could download installation file for Openelec Kodi 15.2 for installtion into a flash drive and boot from it using a 32 bit computer for Windows XP ?

There is no Openeelec 6.0 with Kodi 15.2 to put on flash drive whcih will work by booting from a Win. XP 32 bit p.c. to download ?

I wish to install Openeelec into flash drive and boot it from a Windows Xp (32 bit) computer.

XBMC for Windows XP stopped with Kodi 13 Gotham if I remember correctly.
You can still download older versions of OpenELEC via http://archive.openelec.tv .

Frodo 12.3 was the last which worked for Windows Xp.

But for Openelec on Flash drive I think Openelec 5.08 or Kodi 14.2 was the latest I could use on my Windows Xp computer when I boot from flash drive..

So you have to buy new Openelec boxes which support 64 bit ?

Yes, or you have to use the old version. 32 bit is dead.

I prefer to use numbers when explaining this decision as it has nothing to do with forcing people to by OpenELEC boxes. We currently have 475,000 daily-active users/systems. At the point we released 6.0.0 and dropped 32-bit support 1,500 of total users (0.003%) had 32-bit-only hardware. The rest had 64-bit capable hardware and could update to a 64-bit build. So we dropped 32-bit support to save maintenance effort and reduce user confusion on which build to run. To date there have been about 4 complaints (0.000008% of users). If you are really desperate to run a 32-bit Kodi version you can clone OpenELEC sources from github and and revert the commits that removed 32-bit support before self-building. I do this (one of a few things) to resurrect unofficial support for AppleTV boxes.

I note that the OP has not stated what hardware they have. They seem to imply that they think that OpenELEC runs under XP which may be for them a possible point of confusion.

@ Zhong.... OpenELEC does not run under another operating system - it is a build of Kodi which includes an optimised Linux build. The fact that you have been running a 32 bit version of XP does not mean that your hardware cannot run a 64 bit OpenELEC build. For example, Intel Atom CPUs are 64 bit capable and can run current OpenELEC builds just fine provided they have suitable graphics hardware. If you are unsure, please tell people what CPU, RAM and graphics hardware you have. Someone can then probably confirm whether your hardware is suitable for a current OpenELEC build. Alternatively, just try booting a current build from a USB stick. If it works, great. If not, then maybe you need an older build as previously suggested.
