Will not boot need help

I have a acer aspire one I have tried to install and using it live but it will not boot. It goes to a script and will stop at Press Extension Card, using the same USB it will work fine,

Its not possible to boot until unless you have key so before when it asks for key please enter the key don't skip it for later so only you not able to update your system..
